Great Product...But Beware Dealing With Samsung Customer Service!
Most of the other positive reviews of this product match my own thoughts, so I won't repeat them here.

HOWEVER, I will say to beware if you have any missing parts, because Samsung CS is a NIGHTMARE to deal with!

When assembling my speakers, I noticed they forgot to send me one of the five needed speaker wires that are seperate from the speaker units (the subwoofer one is attached). Samsung speaker wires are proprietary, with little plastic ends on them, so you can't just go down to your local A/V store (or Best Buy, or Radio Shack, etc.) to replace one...NOBODY sells them. In fact, SAMSUNG doesn't even sell them seperately!

So I contacted CS about my problem...thinking it would be no issue to send me out a $5 (if that!) replacement wire. WRONG!
