A Bit Pricey For What You Get
If you are looking for surround sound, this is not for you. It has a mode it calls "3D Sound," which tries to emulate surround, and it's okay, but true surround is worlds different so if that's what you want, this product is not for you.

However, if you don't have an easy way to hide the many, many cables required for a wired surround system, or you don't have the room, or you don't care that much about surround and you're just trying to make your flat panel sound better, this will do the job. The sound is very good but not great (see below).

Other reviews have touched on the difficulty of getting this to work with your TV/DVD player so that you don't have to add yet another remote to your collection. You have to futz around a bit trying different configurations, but I was able to get it to work with my non-Samsung TV and Blu-Ray player just fine.
