Great picture, wi-fi doesn't work
The picture is great right out of the box, really the best I"ve seen on any of my 5 LCD tv"s. Sound is not so good from the thin cabinet. Setup is not a great experience but it's doable with patience. The remote is very poor ergonomically and takes some getting used to. Alphanumeric info entry is a real pain. At this price there should be a decent keyboard. Worst issue is that the wi-fi does not work. The network is recognized but the Internet cannot be accessed. My son in law is a network engineer and spent an entire day without success trying to get it to work. A new router and various other fixes did not help. Samsung tech support was worthless - said I needed to buy their adapter for about $50. The Internet connected OK with a wired connection but we never got the wireless to function. If you want a nice picture and no wi-fi, this isn't too bad but pricey.
